Tällä lomakkeella voit ilmoittautua itse tai ilmoittaa joukkueesi Ounasrinteen jalkapalloturnaukseen.
Turnaus järjestetään sunnuntaina 13.7.2025 klo 11.30 - 16.00 Mustikkaharjun kentällä.
Jos ilmoitat itsesi niin täytä vain kohdat: Nimi, puhelinnumero ja ikäsi mukainen sekajoukkue. Sinut sijoitetaan joukkueeseen paikan päällä.
Jos ilmoitat joukkueesi turnaukseen, niin täytä lomakkeen kaikki kohdat.
Ilmoittautuminen on tehtävä 9.7.2025 mennessä!
Use this form to register yourself or your team for the Ounasrinne football tournament.
The tournament will be held on Sunday 13.7.2025 from 11:30 to 16:00 at the Mustikkaharju field.
If you are only registering yourself, please fill in the following fields: Name, phone number and mixed team according to your age. You will be placed on the team on site.
If you are registering your team for the tournament, please fill out all fields on the form.
Registration must be completed by 9.7.2025!
